It is stored when you submit an inquiry — not by browsing or saving — and ordinary visitors cannot see it.
For a venue without an approved owner, the inquiry is saved in Margot without notifying the venue; its approved owner can access it after ownership approval. Email notifications are not a guarantee of inbox delivery. To keep replies in Margot, respond inside Margot.
