I found a reliable secondary mention of the venue as The Boathouse at Prospect Park, with website Prospect Park Alliance and an estimated starting price of $4,000 and capacity up to 225 from a wedding venue roundup. The Knot also confirms the venue name and address as Purslane at the Prospect Park Boathouse, 101 East Drive, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Direct official venue pages were not accessible in this research pass, so contact email, contact page, vendor policy, tables/chairs, in-house F&B, and Instagram handle remain unverified.
