Polished lodge near Miller Park offering warm, cozy rooms (some with fireplaces) & a luxe spa.
The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — and the best Hilton I’ve stayed at in the United States. We arrived around 9:00 PM, and even though we told the staff that we could handle our own luggage, someone from the front desk immediately came out to help us. That small gesture really set the tone for the entire stay. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming, warm, and professional. He personally showed us around the room, explained where the restaurant was, and took the time to explain the dining credit available to Diamond members. He even gave us a short tour of the property, which was such a thoughtful touch, especially after arriving relatively late in the evening. The next morning, breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the service was just as wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel welcome. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the hospitality was exceptional. Of all the Hiltons I’ve stayed at in the United States, this is easily the best. I’ve had some amazing Hilton experiences in Japan as well, but The Rusty Parrot is definitely my favorite Hilton experience in the U.S. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We truly appreciate your hospitality and hope to come back again! 🙏
I had a wonderful stay at the Rusty Parrot. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, explained the hotel’s facilities, and showed me to my room. The room felt warm and cozy, with a beautiful stone fireplace and thoughtful details throughout. The coffee, tea, and snacks on the second floor were a lovely touch. Service at breakfast was very professional, and the frittata was delicious. I would happily stay here again!
We just spent four nights at the Rusty Parrot after a week in Bozeman and Yellowstone, and it was the perfect way to finish our trip. The service was first class from the moment we arrived. Isaiah greeted us at the valet, welcomed us, took our keys and luggage, and told us to go check in and he would take care of everything and meet us at our room. What a great first impression! The lady who checked us in then personally walked us to our room, showed us its features, and told us about the coffee bar, spa, outdoor seating areas, and everything the hotel had to offer. That level of personal service continued throughout our stay. Every employee was friendly, welcoming, and constantly asking if there was anything they could do for us. Our room and beds were great, and we loved the coffee bar just outside our room. The outdoor areas were beautiful, especially the peaceful mountain-view area near the stream and the larger rooftop deck with the fireplace and fire pit. The location is fantastic—only about a block from Jackson’s Town Square, so we could walk almost everywhere. Beautiful hotel, great location, comfortable rooms, but what really sets the Rusty Parrot apart is the people and the service. First class all the way around. We will definitely stay here again!
The hotel is relatively new and modern, and the moment you arrive, you immediately feel a sense of luxury. On-site parking is a bit limited, but convenient valet parking is available. The rooms are spacious and feature fantastic, updated electrical systems, including touch sensitive dimmable switches and USB-C power outlets. Our room even came equipped with electric window shades! We did encounter a minor hiccup initially our first room had an unusual odor in the bathroom but the front desk handled it swiftly and moved us to a new room right away. In the second room, the sink water pressure was a bit low, and the temperature controls were slightly tricky to figure out, but these were small details in an otherwise wonderful stay. The overall ambiance of the room is exceptionally luxurious and cozy, making you want to linger and just relax. Complimentary bottled water is also provided. The property boasts great amenities, including an on-site spa offering massages and a beautifully designed outdoor area complete with a fire pit and hot tub. There is also a nice little park right nearby featuring kids' slides and pickleball courts, which is a fantastic bonus. The indoor restaurant offers a fantastic variety of delicious food, and a major plus is that the dress code is completely casual no need to dress up. Breakfast is available as well, and there is a nice bar on site. Overall, it is a luxurious experience, though it comes with a high price tag, and I would definitely come back!
