We had our wedding at Villa Pozzolo last month and honestly I could not have imagined a better venue. First off the Villa itself is stunning. It has all the charm and character of an old Tuscan family home with well kept gardens and courtyards and a heated pool. The rooms were all unique in design and large in size so all our guests were very comfortable. Then there is the staff. They made us feel so at home and so welcome. At times it felt like visiting family members rather than staying at a Villa we rented for the weekend. Our contact at the Villa, Marlen, made booking to stay here so easy, including handling all wedding and accommodation arrangements we needed and getting us in touch with the required vendors to fill in the limited blanks that the Villa Pozzolo team doesn't handle already. Our host Niko was so attentive and made sure every little detail was perfect. His son Mandel was near god-like in his ability to solve any problem we had no matter how small or trite. He even acted as officiant in our wedding and did an amazing job helping us craft exactly the ceremony we wanted. He truly is an amazing person! And all the chefs and staff were just amazing in keeping smiles on all guests' faces. Finally the food. Holy moly... I don't think my own mother feeds me that well when I visit! They helped us craft a custom menu that covered 3 meals a day and a special feast for the wedding itself. Then they added more dishes on top of the already impossible to eat amount just to spoil us further. Everything was fresh, family style and delicious and not a single guest could possible find a single complaint about meal times except that they had to pace themselves to not fill up before the next course arrived. Overall I think we all wish we could have stayed here forever. It was like being in a dream. If you are looking for a venue to have your wedding then look no further as the team at Villa Pozzolo have the ability to take your dream day and turn it into a reality. Then take it 2 steps further! Thank you Niko and Mandel so much for making ours the one my parents will remember the most out of all their childrens' weddings.

I was blessed to be able to spend 5 days at this beautiful villa in August 2025 for niece’s wedding. From the moment you pass through the front gates, this Tuscan villa feels like stepping into something out of a dream. The property is breathtaking with rolling countryside views, beautifully kept grounds, and charming details everywhere you look. What truly sets it apart is the feeling you get while staying there. The rooms are stunning!! Full of character, blending rustic Italian charm with comfort. Waking up each morning felt like a luxury and soaking in the claw bathtub was an experience in itself. The pool area quickly became a fav spot, perfect for relaxing in the sun, sipping a drink, and soaking in the scenery. And then there were the cats! Roaming around, friendly, and somehow adding an extra layer of warmth that made the whole place feel like home. Michu even walked us down the laneway when we left early in the morning. What made the experience unforgettable was the family who runs the villa. They were incredibly welcoming from the start, treating us less like guests and more like part of their extended family. There was truly nothing they wouldn’t do to make our stay special. From patiently teaching us how to use the espresso machine (an essential skill, as it turns out), to enthusiastically mixing batch after batch of espresso martinis that kept the evenings lively and fun. The activities they offered were just as memorable. Truffle hunting through the Tuscan countryside, pasta making, and the gemstone lesson were such a unique and personal touch. I’m looking forward to going back and showing them the ring made from the beautiful sapphire I chose from their collection. And the food…. Just absolutely outstanding. Every meal felt like an event, with fresh, flavorful dishes and a beautiful table set that made you want to sit there for hours. The all-inclusive feel of the experience made it easy to truly relax, disconnect from the outside world, and focus on enjoying the moment and the people you’re with. Staying here for a wedding made it even more special, but this place stands on its own as something truly magical. It’s not just a villa, it’s an experience you carry with you long after you leave.

Booking Villa Pozzolo for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Because we were planning a destination wedding, we booked the venue completely sight unseen, which felt like a tremendous leap of faith. Looking back, the experience exceeded every expectation we had and turned out to be even more beautiful than we could have imagined. From the very beginning, Niko and Marlen were incredibly communicative, organized, and attentive. Once we arrived, Niko, Mandel, and Shin made us feel immediately at home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and they always seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves. It never felt as though we were simply clients renting a venue; instead, it felt as though we were being welcomed and hosted by friends. Their professionalism and experience were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that they had successfully hosted many weddings over the years. The staff was warm, attentive, and plentiful, and every recommendation they made was outstanding. The entertainment they selected were especially well curated, and we appreciated being able to choose from a variety of musical selections, including instrumental performers, jazz musicians, and DJs, all of whom contributed to an unforgettable atmosphere. They also organized hair, make-up and floral arrangements as part of our wedding weekend. Which all turned out to be experienced, pleasant and easy. Another aspect we appreciated deeply was the venue's philosophy. Villa Pozzolo embraces a conscious, farm-to-table approach, high treatment and respect of the plants and animals; a commitment that is reflected in every detail of the experience. There is an incredible sense of intention behind everything they do, creating an experience that feels authentic, thoughtful, and deeply connected to land stewardship. We chose to celebrate our wedding during one of the warmest times of the year, in late July and early August. While it was certainly hot, the experience was much more comfortable than we anticipated thanks to the refreshing pool, the thoughtful accommodations, and the beautiful Tuscan breeze. Most importantly, Villa Pozzolo gave us exactly what we had hoped for: an intimate, meaningful, and unforgettable weekend with the people we love most. If you are looking for a place where every detail is carefully considered, where you and your guests will feel genuinely cared for, and a place that is attentive but never stressful, we cannot recommend Villa Pozzolo highly enough. It is truly a place you and your guests will never forget.

We photographed a three-day wedding at Villa Pozzolo last summer and even though we live in Tuscany, it's a venue that really did take our breath away. We showed up for the pool party and welcome dinner the day before and just felt at home. Something about the light coming into the kitchen as the staff prepared dinner early in the day felt like the Tuscany we love. The farm-to-table approach, the quiet luxury, the way guests settled in over several days and how that fed into their interaction with each other — it all makes for a very special kind of wedding to photograph. Niko and his family were incredibly welcoming, the staff were exceptional, and everything we ate was delicious. We live fairly close to Villa Pozzolo, but as soon as we walked in we thought — this is where we'd spend the rest of our lives if we could. From a photographer's perspective, it was perfect: beautiful light, endless nooks for portraits, and a chapel that's intimate and beautiful in equal measure. If you're planning a three-day wedding in Tuscany, it's hard to think of a better setting. — Frankie & Marilia

From the moment we made contact with Niko last January we knew we had to get married here. He and his staff were extremely helpful in communicating, planning and executing our dream wedding. They take care of all of the vendors except the photographer making it seamless. They also provide recommendations for other vendors/extras you may want to bring in. Our wedding weekend was truly so special and something we will never forget. Everyone at the villa did such an amazing job to make sure we had the most perfect experience. Every detail was managed very well, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. The entire operation was run so efficiently. We really did not have to worry about a thing and got to spend time with all of our friends and family. The setting of the villa provided the most magical backdrop for not only our ceremony and reception, but the entire weekend. We have received countless compliments from our guests about the beauty of the property. It felt like we were in a fairytale. Every meal we ate throughout the weekend was exceptional and truly exceeded all of our expectations. We got to customize the entire menu for the weekend. Everyone has still been raving about the food. We traveled throughout Italy for our honeymoon and I can truly say that the meals we had at the villa are some of the best we’ve had our entire trip. If you are thinking about hosting your wedding here, just do it!
