Castello di Rosciano

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Excellent service and help planning. Delicious food and gorgeous tables. Such a beautiful location. Comprehensive organization and execution. We had a welcome dinner and wedding with 76 guests. Kids played pingpong and swam. If you are coming from afar, there is a list of businesses (van transportation, flowers, DJ, hair and makeup) that were well vetted and reliable.

Castello di Rosciano is a beautiful venue with an amazing view of the countryside. The castle itself is stunning and very cool to explore. Guests were amazed by the venue and we received multiple comments that this was the most magical and beautiful venue they had seen. While the staff is very busy with weddings, they are communicative via email and WhatsApp. I was pleased with my bridal suite room and the size which was plenty big for my bridal party to get ready. I unfortunately had a lukewarm shower on both uses. I am unsure if this was due to numerous people showering simultaneously or if it was unique to my room as my fiancé did not experience this in his room. I am sure the staff would have addressed this had I mentioned it, but I did not bring it to their attention as it was not a big deal to me. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to care for us- they provided meals for the baby even though outside of their kitchen hours, Chiara handed out shawls for myself and guests due to the windy conditions causing chilly temperatures, and staff was available quickly to help manage small issues like trouble turning on the AC (user error). The dinners and breakfasts were lovely and the service was well timed. Many guests raved about our second dish which was the cappellacci with aubergines, pistachio and mozzarella. They also loved the pork fillet and the vegetarian option which was an eggplant Parmesan. The show cooking for the wedding cake was such a delight for my fiance and I and the end result was delicious! We had an amazing time at Castello di Rosciano! My only regret is that we did not have a three day event. I would have loved a day after the wedding to relax and enjoy the pool and the grounds with my friends and loved ones. I highly recommend this venue and team to anyone looking to have a wedding in the beautiful Umbrian countryside

My husband and I recently got married at Castello di Rosciano, and we honestly could not have asked for a more perfect experience. We didn’t have a wedding planner, so strong communication and organisation were especially important to us, and Chiara exceeded every expectation. Throughout the lead-up to the wedding, she was always available via email and WhatsApp, answering every question promptly and making us feel completely supported and reassured. On the wedding day itself, everything felt truly magical. It was one of the best days of our lives — not only because of the significance of the occasion, but because of how professional, warm, and attentive the staff at Castello di Rosciano were throughout the entire event. The venue itself looks like something out of a movie set. It is absolutely breathtaking, and the team runs everything so seamlessly and professionally. The team handled every situation so smoothly and calmly that it genuinely felt flawless from our perspective and from the perspective of our guests. Chiara is an absolute boss and runs an incredibly tight ship, and her experience and professionalism shine through in every detail. Every guest raved about the food. The drink service was also exceptional — the bartenders were brilliant, service was always prompt, and the quality of the wine was top-notch. It’s honestly difficult to fault anything about our experience. The communication, organisation, food, atmosphere, and overall professionalism were all exceptional. We cannot speak highly enough of Chiara and the entire Castello di Rosciano team, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone considering getting married in Umbria.
