From the moment you arrive, they go above and beyond to make you feel valued, welcomed, and confident that you made the right decision staying here. What impressed me most was their generosity and attention to detail. They upgraded our accommodations without having to, and that simple gesture speaks volumes about their commitment to making every guest's experience exceptional. It's rare to find a resort that genuinely puts customer satisfaction first, but Silverado absolutely delivers! I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Napa Valley, and next time, I'm bringing my golf clubs! The golf facilities are truly world-class, making this resort an incredible destination for both relaxation and golf enthusiasts. **Five stars all the way! A large resort close to downtown Napa that merits no more than 2 stars. As noted below, the “cottage” room was small, basic, shabby, needing updating and basic maintenance. Walls with nothing on them. A clock and electric outlet that did not work. Quirky heating and air conditioning. A request for resort maintenance to address these problems was ignored. Room service was among the missing. No one answered during the hours when supposedly it was available. A number of guests tried to get coffee and pastry at the market bakery during stated hours, but the market was closed. A staff member showed up to inform the guests that the market would open later than was advertised. He did not seem to know the actual operating hours. It is hard to imagine a worse experience at a so-called resort, especially since resort management does not seem to care about its notable shortcomings.

Nice hotel with deep roots in Napas history. Beautiful and peaceful golf-course setting. Spacious condo rooms with apartment features, although rooms are quite old. Also it can be very cold in the winter as the heating unit is just a single wall heater. Depending where your room is, may be necessary to call a golf cart pickup, especially if you’re old. If you request a log for the fireplace, make sure the hatch is open first to prevent smoke from coming back.

We were so happy to have the exact same unit at Oak Creek this last stay. We've been coming for 5 years and love our stays. This year our kids did summer camp and loved it. The new spa is amazing!

Great resort with many activities and amenities. Great golf course onsite. Rooms are well-kept. Room coffee needs improvement, but they have a cafe onsite. Stayed here for a conference, but would recommend for a couples weekend in wine country!
