Hotel Yountville

Beautiful experience at this gorgeous hotel. The service is phenomenal -- the front desk manager was lovely. She delivers exceptional customer service and always made sure I felt well taken care of. She helped me blow up balloons for our 50th birthday party. She was also kind enough to help with my request for a specific type of bedding and there was an air purifier in my room on arrival. I was really pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious from the Oak Room and the pool bar service was simply the best. Jasper was super sweet, kind and extremely attentive. What amazing customer service. The grounds are also breathtaking and we left feeling revitalized and relaxed after a first-class stay on an exceptional property. Thank you for a memorable visit!

Hotel Yountville was absolutely fantastic. The property is beautiful, and our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained. The bar is a great place to relax, and the entire hotel has a warm, upscale atmosphere that fits Napa Valley perfectly. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. We were super impressed from start to finish. Hotel Yountville will absolutely be at the top of our list whenever we return to wine country. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and again. Highly recommend!

It’s a perfect romantic getaway hotel! I love everything about the facility and the room is clean roamy and love the fireplace. The pool area is just so beautiful and perfect for relaxation. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area and I wish next time we visit we get to have a reservation in French Laundry been booking forever and no luck still. I will stay here again.

Some staff members were friendly, but overall, I sometimes felt that the level of hospitality varied depending on the guest. ✖️ An item of clothing went missing from my room after turndown service. I was told at checkout that I would receive an email after they checked, but I never received any follow-up — not even to say whether it had been found or not. I’ve stayed at hotels hundreds of times, and this was a first for me.

This hotel is STUNNING. The grounds are so well kept, rooms, service...I can't say enough. It's quiet, yet still a short walk to some great wineries and restaurants. Beds are comfortable, housekeeping is top notch. Wonderful stay and I wish I could give more stars. Fabulous hotel!!
