My husband and I enjoyed two relaxing nights at Dr. Wilkinson‘s. We celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary and were treated with hospitality and kindness from beginning to end. Jose checked us in after our massages that we booked prior to our check-in. He was kind and attentive, and our room was ready early and stocked with a sweet surprise for our anniversary. We enjoyed all three mineral pools and the poolside food and drink service with QR code for convenience of ordering. The booking I made through Expedia came with two days of breakfast credits for the both of us, which was nice. The spa service was wonderful. The food was delicious. The drinks were refreshing and all staff that we encountered were a pleasure. We will definitely be back anytime we need R&R, especially since we’re only an hour away!
This hotel is incredibly charming and beautifully designed. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The outdoor facilities were also fantastic—the backyard, restaurant, and front-yard fireplace all blended perfectly with the surrounding nature and the peaceful small-town atmosphere. The large mineral-water hot tub was one of the highlights of our stay and was incredibly relaxing. The swimming pool was also spacious, clean, and very enjoyable to use. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.
Honestly, whether you are staying the night, staying with a day pass, getting a day room or just coming for a quick bite, you will not be disappointed. Their staff (7, Jose, Henry...) are exceptional, going way out of their way to help you, make you feel comfortable, to please you. They are the friendliest hotel/resort I've ever been to. Other hotels, please take note, a guest wants to feel like "Queen" when she's visiting and 7 not only will make your feel like a Queen, he will actually call you Queen! I'm telling you... the food is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable, spotless and so lovely, the pools are perfect, with many options, the grounds are beautiful and our pup can always join...dreamy! We've stayed many times and we always look forward to being greeted by a staff who makes us feel like we're in an episode of Cheers!
Absolutely loved this place. Took My Sister for her Birthday and it was the first time for both of us. Staff is Wonderful, pools are perfect , Sunday Morning sound bath amazing and their spa is top notch. Will definitely come back
Perfect short stay that provided everything thing you need return to your reality relaxed and revitalized. Staff was amazing. Shout out to Seven for being an exceptional force of positivity in the world. The mineral waters in the pools were predictably curative. The staff at the main pools on Saturday was very nice and kept things clean organized and calm. We will be back next year or hopefully sooner. Appreciate all you do.
