I did the 1 hour horseback ride here and had the best time ever. Dom was the guide and he was funny and did a great job. Being able to be on horseback and see all the views was amazing! I wish I could go back already and do it again. All of the horses were super friendly and amazing for first time riders. All of the workers were super nice and helpful as well.

I can't comment on the rooms or the amenities only the reservation process. I booked a two night stay and we had to leave a deposit of $700. However less than 24 hours after booking, we needed to cancel the reservation. When we called they were able to cancel the reservation but kept a 3% credit card processing fee at a minimum of ($25). In our case the deposit was $700, and 3% is $21, but of course they will round up because it was a $25 minimum. If you are considering this place be aware they will take your money even if you cancel within 24 hours - airlines do better than that!

3188 We stayed here for 3 days during a 18-day road trip across the US, and this was hands down our favorite stay. The accommodation is lovely, very cozy, and well-equipped. The only tiny thing missing would be an electric kettle. The setting is incredibly peaceful with breathtaking views. The self-check-in process was also very well-managed. Since we visited in early May, we couldn't take full advantage of all the ranch's amenities, but I have no doubt they add even more value to this already wonderful place during the peak season. The ranch is a bit far from downtown, but that’s a trade-off you naturally accept for such serenity—just be sure to bring some groceries. It’s also a great spot for visiting Grand Teton National Park, as it helps you avoid the heavy traffic on the main road. A truly great experience! P.S.: A few minor downsides to mention: we were surprised that there was no daily housekeeping service. Upon arrival, we found a trash can that hadn't been emptied from the previous guests in the kids' room. Also, the carpet could use a refresh, and we were disappointed that the fireplace was not allowed to be used.

Did the one-hour horseback riding today. It was my first time on a horse and I had a wonderful experience with Carole and Hana! Carole, who has roots in Arkansas and California, was especially personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her genuine love for horses and passion for her job really shined through and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It was surprising to find out that the town home is individually owned, and that spring creek pretty much just maintains them. It was clean and had everything we needed. The people at the front seemed reluctant to help with issues we had. This is one of the hotels that had added (hidden) fees after checkin/before checkout, on top of whatever fees they have when you book online. Pretty overpriced for what is offered. The room is nice but outdated.
