My husband and I honeymooned here, and it was simply perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. We were welcomed with a delicious huckleberry drink in the lobby, given a tour of the property, and then escorted to our room, where a bottle of champagne and a beautiful charcuterie board were waiting for us. It was the perfect way to begin our honeymoon. One of the best parts of the experience was that the property is adults-only. It created such a peaceful, relaxing, and rejuvenating atmosphere. Our private balcony had incredible views, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the towels felt luxurious, they Byredo gypsy water products smelled amazing and every detail throughout our stay was thoughtfully considered. The complimentary snacks and beverages in our room were always replenished, we loved the afternoon charcuterie board in the lobby, and the fresh-baked cookies each day were a treat. I attended two morning yoga sessions, and they were absolutely breathtaking. Practicing yoga with the Tetons directly in front of you is an experience I’ll never forget. Both instructors were fantastic, and I appreciated the outdoor heaters on the balcony that made the cool mornings comfortable. We also spent afternoons enjoying the pool, and the staff happily brought us rosé or champagne whenever we asked and checked in to see if more drinks were needed. The only suggestion I have is that there isn’t really a comfortable place to lounge around the pool. There are a couple of chairs that are mostly used for setting down personal belongings, but adding a few lounge chairs on the patio would make the space even more inviting for guests who want to relax between swims. The gym space is also pretty small so you may need to time your workout depending on how many guests are in the gym. Olivia’s restaurant was phenomenal. We ate at several restaurants throughout Jackson Hole, and none of them came close to the quality and flavor of our meals at Olivia’s. The chef is truly exceptional and made the dining experience personal by coming to each table and talking to us about the new items on the menu etc. The lamb chops, pork chop, bone in veal, fettuccine w/ lobster, and the miso Caesar salad were some favorites. The fresh bread rolls (to die for!) and surprise amuse-bouche were such thoughtful touches, and considering the price of the accommodations, having breakfast included each morning was a wonderful added value (smoothie was amazing). This property exceeded every expectation we had for our honeymoon. We left feeling completely relaxed, cared for, and already talking about when we can come back - most likely for a future anniversary! This is a very special place.
My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Yellowstone and had a wonderful experience. We truly could not recommend this hotel more! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Jackson that feels peaceful and secluded while still being close to town, with unforgettable views, this is the perfect spot. The hotel was also a great spot to travel from to see Yellowstone and the Tetons. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms are pristine, beautifully designed, and made for such a comfortable stay. The property itself is stunning, and the incredible views were made even more special by the wildlife we were able to see right on the property. We also want to give a special shoutout to Olivia’s Restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, which we really appreciated. Every meal we had was excellent. We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Yellowstone and would absolutely return the next time we’re in Jackson.
Was very excited to stay the week at the hotel. I reserved the Grand Teton Suite, which is advertised as their best room. The buildings all have 4 suites…2 on the top floor, 2 on the bottom floor. Unfortunately we received one on the bottom floor. A “content creator” was Given the better room above us. Anytime she was in the room, which was very obvious, we were bothered by the noise. Sounded like furniture was being moved around or a kid was running around the room. This led to multiple noise complaints, which nothing was ever done about. It was very unfortunate that the hotel seems to prioritize content creators. There were cameras/creators/crews everywhere. Blocking walk ways, being loud, etc. The hotel needs to get their priorities straight. Either make paying customers the priority, or make Instagram posts their priority. The management really should have let us and other paying customers know that this was so prevalent here. It was a disappointing experience. I had higher expectations and they were not met.
This place is a gem. Food is fantatsic best food in Jackson we had was here at Olivias restaurant, the views are incredible staff was amazing, went above and beyond with a hand written note for our anniversary and a bottle of champagne. Mule deer all over the property one of our favorite vacations ever. Moose and elk not far. We will definitely be back!
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are very nice. I was happy to see a TOTO toilet in the room, although unfortunately the washlet did not work. The main issue was comfort in the room. The A/C was quite loud and did not cool the room very effectively. Being in such beautiful natural surroundings, it was disappointing to hear constant mechanical/electrical buzzing inside the room. I called guest services, and they said they would send someone to check it, but no one ever came. The food was also underwhelming. The presentation was nice, but the flavors did not match the setting or expectations. We tried the fried goat cheese, beet salad, pasta primavera, and scallops. Everything was acceptable, but nothing stood out. The pasta primavera in particular tasted mostly of butter and lacked freshness or depth. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential. The property and rooms are impressive, but the service follow-through and food quality did not fully match the level the hotel seems to be aiming for.
