Numu Boutique Hotel San Miguel de Allende - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Absolutely loved this gorgeous hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. My favorite part? Was being greeted at the door every time you walked in by Pancho- the big beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog!💕🥲 I think I’m in love! The only downside to this location is that it is a bit of a walk to the center square but plenty to see on the way over!

The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to attend upon arrival. Although I scheduled transportation from airport with the concierge, I had to take an UBER to the hotel. Numu staff apologized for the inconvenience. The rooms have spacious bathrooms and ample storage. Every meal was delicious & beautifully prepared. The salt scrub and organic facial were an excellent value.

The hotel is very accessible and serene. Check in with the concierge ( via phone ) for car service from the airport & follow up with email. I would recommend an interior courtyard room. The room facing the street was a bit noisy from delivery truck at night. The staff was helpful & gracious. I truly appreciated the hospitable service from Hur & Davis Sanchez.

In San Miguel? Stay at The Rosewood. First, let me say Numu hotel is beautiful, the staff lovely and kind, and Pancho the dog is the best mascot. Why 2 stars? We had to switch rooms THREE times before we got one with working AC. I like it warm, and still couldn’t sleep the first night. They upgraded us to a slightly nicer room, which we were appreciative of. But the AC still didn’t work properly. Two rooms later, we finally got one that was working. But it was smaller than what we paid for and at the front of the hotel which is quite nosy. The hotel offered us massages. (We had already had them the day before and didn’t need another). Then offered us a ride to the airport (we had prepaid and booked transport). And lastly a free night for a future stay, which is unreasonable considering it’s a 13 hour travel day for us. We asked to be reasonably compensated for the downgrade. Manager refused to talk with us directly. 5 star hotel looks, but if you book, expect to be warm.

The hotel is very nice and very well located. However, we were given a room in the top floor below the terrace. The entire room had a constant humming sound I believe coming from the pool, it was not a minor humming, I couldn’t have a good night sleep. For the price I would go somewhere else. Asked for help and the only thing they told me is that they weren’t able to solve issue and offered me ear plugs. Also, we went to the pool, there were glasses in the floor and I cut my feet with a glass.
