Definitley one of our favorite hotels ever. First impression was very warm and inviting, the lobby is beautiful and the staff is ultra professional. Unfortuntely, we were not pleased with the room they gave us (right next to the noisy front desk, view of the parking lot), so I requested something better (it was our 30th anniversary, after all) and they obliged, which went a long way with us. And everything was a huge thumbs up from that point on! The room itself spoke strongly to our aesthetics - dark wood, cozy, cabin-like feel, but with all the amenities of an upscale apartment, including a comfortable bed with cushioned headboard, well-stocked kitchen, full-size refrigerator, pod coffee machine, WiFi, two large screen TVs. And we had a great view off the patio/deck. There was no run-down furniture or bad carpet or imperfections in the wood or curtains. Everything was pristine clean, including the outdoor chairs and table. And everything worked perfectly and intuitively - lights, plugs, fireplace, shower (with great water pressure!), stove, small kitchen appliances, and a refrigerator that was super cold when we arrived. It might seem like these are all obvious things. But we have stayed in so many hotels, some quite expensive, that had all sorts of little things that didn't work right, were dirty or worn, or were difficult to figure out. Those little annoyances added up to big disappointments. The fact that everything was functional, clean, and easy here was a fantastic relief. Side note on the room: our one complaint was the pillows. Standard "bulk buy" flat flat flat hotel pillows. This is such a ubiquitous thing (the one and only exception I've ever experienced in the US was the Lotte Towers in NYC) that I can't really let it affect my review, but I did find it a little disappointing that they don't spring for better pillows. Service was wonderful. They sent up sweets and drinks on two different nights, as anniversary gifts. The doorman happily brought up our load of luggage, with door to door service. Front desk was always helpful and friendly - the with directions and recommendations and they sent up slippers since we forgot to bring any kind of slip ons to go to the pool. In the lobby, coffee is available in the mornings, fruit and water in the afternoons, and dessert every night from 7:30 to 9:30. We spent one late afternoon at the indoor pool and jacuzzi at the spa, and then made our way up to the 4th floor hot tub with mountain views. So beautiful and relaxing. We also visited Spur, which we did not enjoy, but I reviewed them separately and do not feel that should carry over into the hotel review. No question we will come back here when we visit the Tetons again!

We had a wonderful stay at Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa. Overall, it was relaxing, quiet, family-friendly, and had exactly the cozy mountain-lodge feeling we were hoping for. I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was prompt, sweet, and very accommodating. If we needed them to come back later, it was never a problem. We ate breakfast at Spur every morning and really enjoyed it. Our stay included a $60 daily breakfast credit, which was a nice benefit. Mark was our server each morning and actually remembered our drink orders after the first day. Lucky was wonderful as well. Both were incredibly attentive. We also had dinner at Spur. My husband enjoyed the bison burger, I had a specialty salad that was delicious, and we shared a s'mores-inspired dessert. My daughter is a very picky eater, so I would love to see a few more simple kid-friendly options on the menu. The little extras around the hotel really added to the experience. There was coffee in the lobby every morning, a hydration station that often had watermelon, and cozy robes in the room. When we arrived, there was a nice note, a small stuffed animal, two postcards, and a treat waiting for us. One of our favorite surprises was the nightly dessert hour. Each evening they offered something different, such as brownie sundaes, cheesecake, or root beer floats. It was such a fun thing to look forward to. The lobby fire pit was another favorite spot. It was cozy and a great place to sit and read. We didn't use the spa or gym, although both looked very nice, and our stay included a $100 credit that could be used toward the spa. The rooftop terrace hot tub was fantastic and had a beautiful view. The location was also excellent. Everything in Teton Village was a quick and easy walk. When we wanted to go into Jackson, getting a car was simple. We also had a rental car for part of our stay, and the parking lot always had spaces available. I also loved the hotel's concierge texting service. Instead of having to call or walk to the front desk every time we had a question, we could simply send a text and get help. We did have one negative interaction with a front desk staff member regarding an amenity. However, I reached out to management and was very impressed with how they handled it. They were genuinely apologetic, accommodating, and immediately tried to make the rest of our stay more enjoyable. They even sent wine to our room and a stuffed moose for my daughter. Their response made a big difference and showed that they cared about our experience. For Teton Village, I felt the hotel was appropriately priced for the location, accommodations, amenities, and level of service. Overall, Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa gave us a quiet, cozy, relaxing place to come back to after exploring the Tetons. It felt upscale without losing that comfortable mountain-lodge atmosphere, and it worked very well for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the absolute BEST time staying in Teton Village, and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa was such a huge part of that. This place is gorgeous, fun, welcoming, and surrounded by so many amazing things to do and eat. We would absolutely stay here again. Since every good relationship has its strengths and its “we need to talk” moments, here are ours: PROS: • The staff was phenomenal. Truly over-the-top kind, welcoming and helpful. • Ret, our bellman, was incredible and immediately made us feel at home. • The brilliantly, fabulous, welcoming gal (Leni) at the spa front desk was an absolute ray of sunshine and somehow made everything better, and honestly, the saving grace of my spa experience. • The food was epic. • There are also tons of fantastic restaurants and food options nearby. • The electric bikes were probably the nicest e-bikes I’ve ever ridden. • The local bike paths were spectacular. • The front desk staff helped us plan adventures and could not have been more helpful. • The overall vibe: 10/10. We had the time of our lives. CONS: • My massage. Oh dear. I have had a lot of massages in my life, and this was the first time I felt like I was losing a wrestling match I had not agreed to participate in. 😂 My massage therapist was lovely enough, but the pressure was WAY too intense for me and unfortunately my increasingly obvious “please stop trying to separate my soul from my body” social cues did not seem to translate. It was simply a terrible match for me, and I left thinking, “Well, that was certainly an experience.” Thankfully, Leni was so wonderful afterward that she almost made me forget I had just spent an hour fighting for my life. • The duvet situation. The comforter insert was sandwiched between two sheets instead of being inside an actual duvet cover. Unfortunately, sheets move. Humans move. Gravity happens. Eventually the duvet insert was exposed, and let’s just say… I wish I had not seen what was under there. 😬 A proper washable duvet cover would be a HUGE improvement. We weren’t offered an opportunity by the lodge to review our stay directly, so I wanted to leave the feedback here because, despite those two issues, we genuinely loved this place. Would we go back? Absolutely. Would I book another massage? Absolutely not. 😂 Would I possibly arrive with my own duvet cover tucked into my suitcase like a lunatic? Also yes. Everything else was pretty darn close to perfection.

This was a lovely hotel, reminds me of the Beaver Creek Village in Colorado. Everything is walking distance restaurants, activities, had a great 4th of July show and just overall a piece of Americana. Hometown vibes great food options. A plus is free washers and dryers so if traveling to the park or with kiddos you dont have to pack so much. The room had a full kitchenette with grest coffee and amenities. Definitely would return.

Overall, I felt the hotel was not worth the $1,000+ per night price point. The lobby was nice, and the staff were very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite small, and our room was located right next to the hotel entrance. Because of the lack of privacy, we couldn’t comfortably keep the window open so the room felt dark and there was a lot of noise from wedding parties and guests outside our room at night, along with a constant view of cars checking in. I also found the bedding and pillows very uncomfortable and felt like I was sleeping on cardboard. The pool and other facilities felt somewhat outdated. The rooftop jacuzzi was the highlight, although even that wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. But the view from the roof is nice and the surrounding area is quiet and it is nice to walk to the gondolas/tram. Overall, the stay was okay, but at this price point, I expected a much more comfortable and elevated experience.
