Palazzo Avino

Stunning- from the moment you turn the corner to enter the breezeway and see the view- it sets the tone for the rest of your stay. The hotel is tastefully themed in pink to match the exterior. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and ensured a perfect stay. The beach club was unfortunately closed for the season already, however we enjoyed cocktails in a poolside lounger. The breakfast buffet offered several choices including made to order eggs (the benedict were perfectly poached). It is conveniently locate close to the center of town, making it easy to walk to restaurants. They arranged transportation to and from a cooking class we did (Mamma Agata- worth it!). We asked for extra pillows before check in and we had them provided at the evening turn down service (also a very nice touch). Five stars all the way

We had such a wonderful stay at Palazzo Avino. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, an incredible atmosphere, and exceptional service throughout our stay. Antonio the manager, who was absolutely lovely. He was , attentive and genuinely made us feel so welcome and well looked after. Everything about Palazzo Avino was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. A beautiful and unforgettable place in Ravello — we would happily return! Highly recommended.

Perfect stay. The best view. The best service. There are delightful surprises everwhere. Get a Sea View Room. Lounge by the pool or on their various garden terraces. Rosellini's was the best dinner of the whole Amalfi Coast trip. Don't skip the beach club. It's very worth the excursion.

The place is very nice. After visiting the hotel, we requested if we could benefit from the pool after having lunch at the restaurant of the hotel. We were said yes. We had a decent lunch and after this break decided to enjoy the pool. We were refused the access because the staff made a mistake and should t have offered us this option. What a disappointment! We would have never have lunch there without this option. The food is correct but not good enough to worth spending time there without being able to enjoy the pool. We reported this incident to the manager who claims that her staff knows the rules and should n t have offered this option.. 5 star hôtels are meant to be elegant, prestigious and trust worthy. This is not what we have experienced at the hôtel today

Beautiful property but horrible service. We came to the hotel for lunch with a taxi, which couldn’t get to the property due to the town restrictions. We called the hotel to help us with their shuttle given we had bags and we were told that the shuttle only takes to the beach club. The receptionist told us it was a short walk from the town. It took us 15 minutes over multiple flights of stairs under the heat to get there and no apology from the staff. Not the way to treat customers.
