CASA HOYOS - HOTEL BOUTIQUE

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The roof top views are exceptional! The food and drinks are fantastic! It's location is right in the middle of everything! I highly recommend staying at Casa Hoyos if traveling to San Miguel de Allende or surrounding areas!

The team at Casa Hoyos made us feel so unbelievably welcome, even including us in their toast on NYE. The hotel has been really lovingly designed and is beautiful, clean and central. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Our first trip to San Miguel de Allende and a wonderful stay at Casa Hoyos. Arrived at night to a warm welcome. Joined our family at the rooftop bar overlooking the city skyline and beautiful churches. Room #12 was wonderful, comfortable bed, pleasant lighting, a rainfall shower under a skylight and a circular jacuzzi tub for two. Breakfast and service in the courtyard were great every morning. Front desk was always attentive, very professional and super helpful

Excellent location and beautifully designed boutique hotel. Great value. We spent two nights here and were very comfortable in the spacious and well-appointed rooms. The food at their restaurant, Comité, was quite delicious (we had breakfast and dinner) and we liked the charming rooftop bar. The staff was overall very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Unpleasant experience - Rooftop bar is too loud and opens till 11:30PM. Called front desks a couple times, first time I was told the music would stop at 10, later told me it would stop at 11. I waited till 11 but it doesn’t stop, called three times and no one picked up the phone. Had to go to front desk in person and then was told the bar closes at 11:30 and that’s when the music stops. Asked if it can lower the volume, didn’t work either. Do not recommend, I don’t think it’s right to have this loud music going on till 11:30PM in a hotel, it’s so loud that even with noise cancelling headset.
