Grand Hotel Tritone

Wow! Our stay at GHT far exceeded our expectations. In fact, the moment we arrived & saw its beauty and all it had to offer, we cancelled most of our plans & never left! I simply couldn’t get enough of the secluded beach club, delicious dining & incredible views. The location is perfect - removed from the crowds, but still close enough to access Positano for activities. We loved walking into nearby Praiano for drinks & dinner. I found the hotel quality & design to be even better than the photos - clean, updated, & beautiful. I especially loved the different hand painted tiles on each floor & the stunning lobby bar. After exploring the area a bit more I can’t say we saw another hotel that offered everything GHT did. It is truly one of a kind. Oh and of course, every single staff member was so kind & helpful. Not one thing was below standard of a 5 star hotel. We thought we could visit this region once and be satisfied, but now we feel like we absolutely must return to GHT. Book it! You wont regret it!

Absolutely. I’d make it warm, personal, and specific enough that it really stands out. Our stay at Grand Hotel Tritone was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is stunning, spotless, and has some of the most incredible views of the Amalfi Coast we have ever seen. We chose Grand Hotel Tritone for our vow renewal, and it could not have been more perfect. The entire experience was next to none and gave us memories we will treasure forever. Our room was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, the aperitivo was outstanding, and every detail throughout the hotel felt thoughtful and special. Most importantly, Giulia went above and beyond for us during our entire stay. She was incredibly helpful, kind, attentive, and made such an important trip feel even more special. You can truly tell how much she cares about the guests and their experience. This was hands down one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at, and our time there exceeded every expectation. We cannot thank the entire team enough for helping make our anniversary and vow renewal so perfect. We will never forget Grand Hotel Tritone and absolutely hope to return one day. If you want, I can also make this a little more emotional and romantic for TripAdvisor, or a slightly shorter version for Google.

Just returned from our 4th trip to GHT and have already begun booking our next. From the staff to the views to the hotel itself there is truly no other place in the world that can compare!! No matter where you are at the hotel you get incredible and endless views. GHT is truly the best because you can see Positano without having to be in the crowds of people and instead relax by your own little oasis at the beach. Every year we look forward to our return and countdown the days until we are back in paradise! While the food and views in Italy are of course amazing, Mr. Genny and Mr. Salvatore's dogs always put a smile on our faces and we love being able to play with them while missing our own dog back at home. Alfonso and Laura are always going above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of and done so seamlessly. This year I celebrated my birthday during our trip and they truly made it a day that I will remember forever. All of the staff are so friendly and you can tell that everyone loves their jobs and want the guests to be happy. To us, GHT has always been 5 star quality and now they officially are and so deserving of it! We cannot wait to see you all again next season -Devon and Marc Eisenberger

It's difficult to describe the beauty of The Grand Hotel Tritone. The hotel, views of the Mediterranean Sea, staff, owners, food, etc. were best in class. My wife and I enjoyed a six night stay to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. What a privilege to spend time with the two brothers who run the hotel. Genny and Salvatore are members of the Gagliano family, which has owned and operated the hotel since their father, Professor Giuseppe Gagliano, founded it in 1957. Highly recommended.

We ended our honeymoon in Praiano at Grand Hotel Tritone in July and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place! Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The private sea access is absolutely perfect. You can swim down into the little shore with the pebbles and the water is just divine!! The views are incredible too—completely unobstructed views of the sea everywhere you look. It really feels like you’re staying in your own little piece of paradise. One of our favorite parts was being able to book a private boat directly through the hotel. They can literally pick you up right from the hotel’s beach, so you don’t have to go anywhere! We did a private boat tour to Capri and it was completely seamless and honestly one of the highlights of our entire honeymoon. It’s also super close to Positano, but without all the craziness and crowds. The hotel even offers free shuttles into Praiano, which made getting around so easy. It definitely feels quieter and more relaxed than bustling Positano, but still has that true 5-star energy. The concierge team was wonderful—Michele was so helpful and always made sure any issue we had was taken care of, and Delya was also fantastic. And a special shoutout to Rocco at breakfast, who was so funny, attentive, and always remembered us every morning! We absolutely loved ending our honeymoon here and would 100% come back. The views, the sea, the service, and the peaceful atmosphere made it such a special way to end our trip! ❤️
