Rancho Alegre Lodge

Great place for a group of families or a group of friends. Excellent location with a beautiful view of the mountains from the back deck. The decor is electric with every room having a different theme. Rex is your host who will take care of anything you need - he truly cares about his guests and the ranch. As bonus the goats and chickens will great you upon your arrival and provide entertainment during your stay. Truly one of the most unique and beautiful places I have ever stayed. I would definitely stay here again when I get back to Jackson.

Our stay at Rancho Alegre Lodge was spectacular. Our room had amazing views of the Grand Tetons. Woke up one morning to a herd of elk passing through. Rex gave us a grand tour of the property and history behind everything. He also gave us great suggestions of things to do. Highly recommend staying at this lovely place. The serenity and beauty are like no other.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Rancho Alegre Lodge! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Rex, the caretaker, was incredible—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. One of the best parts of our experience was being able to have our whole family together under one roof and enjoy quality time with each other. The house was amazing, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The friendly and adorable farm animals made the experience even more special and were definitely a highlight of our stay. The location is also incredibly convenient to town while still giving you the peaceful feeling of being away from everything. And the views are absolutely breathtaking—you can see the Tetons right from the house! Waking up to those incredible mountain views was something we will never forget. We completely enjoyed our stay at Rancho Alegre Lodge and made memories that our family will cherish for years to come. I would 100% recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Rancho Alegre Lodge is definitely a cherished retreat. This place is a cozy and comfy home in a beautiful location. The historic background of this house makes every room very interesting. This is THE best place to stay in Jackson Hole for a big family or group of people. The views, the animals, the house, everything, is absolutely beautiful and charming. We will be visiting again! Rex was an incredible host and guide and is always on hand to help out! The location is perfect, 10 mins from town and seated on some hills that look out onto the Tetons.
