Modern rooms & suites in an upscale spa hotel with an outdoor pool, a restaurant & wine tasting.
Great friendly staff. Rooms at the grand reserve seem a little dark and outdated for what you pay for. Steak reastruant was great. Friendly people all around. Pool was nice. A little too warm almost hot tub warm. Andreas at the Adult pool was a great host, always checking to see if we were OK and needed anything.
Spacious room with well appointed decor and amenities. The view of the resort pool and the hillside vineyards in the backdrop was beautiful. Loved having a grocery store, tasting rooms and an adults only pool. Complementary shuttle service to nearby downtown is a major plus adding convenience. Property is split in 2, valet and check in is only accommodated on one side so be mindful as checking in can be confusing. You'll have to cross the street to the other half of the property to check in.
Very spaceless, clean, everything was really very relaxing. The view, the balcony, was nice. Sit out on the balcony. The view from the terrace was really nice. I mean, the balcony was very nice. The people, the service, were very peaceful, very relaxing. I love the fireplace. I love the jacuzzi, everything about it. I had a wonderful time. We're going back there again. It is a beautiful place in California, Napa Valley, nice.
Rooms are incredibly spacious. Balcony is great. One of our 4 rooms had the largest bathroom I've ever been in. View of the ice rink is beautiful. Comes with a full kitchen with all the amenities. Beds are large and very comfortable. You can also reserve the bowling alley inside of Crush lounge, which is across the street, and has good food & drinks. Be sure to make reservations for any of the restaurants in the area that you want to visit
The property was fine and we had a good stay. Doesn’t have a ton of curb appeal being so close to an office park, and the rooms could use an update, but the facilities were nice. We went for a concert and venue onsite was really great. All of the hotel staff were very friendly. I wish the Front Desk had better communication. It was really difficult to get in touch with someone when we found used water bottles in our room and we had a dirty ice bucket that we were trying to get replaced (they never ended up bringing us a new one). I was also charged a $100 fee for bringing my pet (which is fine) but they brought a dog bed and bowl that I honestly didn’t use because they looked dirty. Overall, I would visit again, but only if I was attending a concert, or needed a quick day trip / weekend getaway from SF to a hotel with a nice adults-only pool!
