Quail Ranch

Quail Ranch is absolutely beautiful. I came here for a friend’s wedding and the venue honestly exceeded my expectations. The grounds are gorgeous, with all the greenery, huge trees, mountain views, and outdoor spaces that make the whole place feel romantic without trying too hard. Once everything is set up for the reception, it looks incredible. If you’re a bride or couple looking for an outdoor wedding venue, I’d absolutely recommend checking this place out. We had a wonderful time, the wedding was beautiful, and the setting was easily a 10/10. The Best Western Posada Royale is extremely close, which makes it convenient for guests. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if your guests want a more updated or upscale hotel experience, I’d probably look at an Airbnb or some of the other hotels closer to Thousand Oaks. But that’s really nitpicking and has nothing to do with the venue itself. As far as Quail Ranch goes, the place is stunning. Beautiful location, beautiful wedding, and somewhere I’d absolutely recommend.

Our wedding at Quail Ranch was truly a dream come true. From the very beginning, the entire team was an absolute dream to work with. They went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and made the entire planning process feel so easy and seamless. A very special shoutout to Michael, who was incredible throughout the entire process. He was so attentive, thoughtful, organized, and always one step ahead. We truly felt so taken care of every step of the way. One of the greatest gifts Quail Ranch gave us was the ability to be fully present and grounded on our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. We were able to soak in every moment with our family and friends because we knew everything was being handled and was in the best hands. Our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are so grateful to the entire Quail Ranch team, and especially Michael, for putting so much care and heart into making our day so incredibly special. There are truly no words for how special this amazing wedding venue is, and the incredible family that owns it. From the moment I stepped foot onto this property, I could tell it was unlike any other wedding venue. Besides the fact that it is gorgeous, bursting with lemons and flowers, its owners take great pride in managing it. It truly is a family affair. The entire Seaton family, including Joanne, Michael, and Samantha, are involved, taking care of every step of the wedding planning process with great attention to detail, care, and transparency. They connected us with the best vendors - affordable, high quality, and easy to work with. I actually cannot imagine what it would feel like to go through this process with another venue - I would guess it would feel corporate, impersonal, and stressful in comparison. Not once did I feel anything other than supported. The day of our wedding, every detail was taken care of. I felt completely confident in their team, and our guests were blown away not only by the venue but how smoothly everything ran. They did it all. Samantha even sewed new holes into my wedding heels when they were falling off my feet. I could go on and on - there are countless examples of how incredible they are in small and big ways. I will genuinely miss working with the Seatons. Please get married here!

If we could do it all over again, we would choose Quail Ranch every single time. From the moment we first toured the venue, we knew it was something special. The property is absolutely stunning, and every space feels so thoughtfully designed. Our guests are still telling us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they’ve ever attended. Beyond the venue itself, what really stood out was the team. Michael, Samantha, Joanne, and everyone at Quail Ranch genuinely cared about making our day perfect. They were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, calm and organized on the wedding day, and made everything feel seamless. Having their in-house coordination gave us so much peace of mind, and we were actually able to relax and enjoy every moment. We received endless compliments on the flow of the venue, the gorgeous ceremony space, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything came together even better than we had imagined. If you’re considering Quail Ranch, don’t hesitate. It is such a special place, and the team truly goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience. We are so grateful we celebrated one of the best days of our lives there and will always have wonderful memories of Quail Ranch. I am overjoyed to write this review. As a wedding planner that works coast to coast, I was incredibly impressed by the organization, thoughtfulness and execution of a wedding day at Quail Ranch. The communication was superb throughout the wedding planning, which was much appreciated. On the day of, Michael and his staff ran an incredibly smooth and thoughtful operation. The bar was managed well, drinks were flowing and the food presentation was stunning. It was so refreshing to have a banquet and catering staff that worked diligently and with care.
