It honestly took me a long time to decide and book a hotel in Positano due to the overwhelming amount of options, but please take this as your sign to BOOK HERE! Where to even start! From start to finish, they made our honeymoon trip seamless, easy, and one to remember! The staff were absolutely incredible and genuinely care about ensuring you’re enjoying your experience. Not only did they go above and beyond decorating for our honeymoon, but also for my husband’s birthday! This hotel was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stepped in. They truly look at every detail and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spacious, updated and comfortable (also the showers had 6 shower heads/jets which was a HUGE plus in my book lol). The location is a little bit of a walk (10 minute) from the main city center so just something to be mindful of when heading out for dinners etc. However, we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle and made the stay that much more relaxing. I genuinely want to return to Positano just to stay here again. INCREDIBLE!!!!!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed. They anticipated our arrival and our needs before we even had to ask, I've honestly never experienced hospitality like that. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, and waking up to those breathtaking views every morning felt like a dream. We traveled throughout Europe for two weeks, staying in several amazing places, and this was by far our favorite hotel and favorite location. It's about a 10-minute walk down the steps to the beach, and around a 15-minute walk to Positano's main beach and town center. The walk back up can be a bit of a workout, but we genuinely didn't mind because the location was peaceful, the views were unmatched, and it felt like the perfect place to come back to after exploring. I'm genuinely going to miss this place. It exceeded every expectation we had, and I will be recommending it to everyone I know visiting Positano. We can't wait to come back.

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was absolute perfection. Prime Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. We were just steps away from the beach, fantastic local restaurants, and incredible shopping. Spotless Hygiene: I’m notoriously picky, but our room was immaculate—crisp linens, pristine surfaces, and a sparkling clean bathroom. Housekeeping is elite! Exceptional Service: The staff was incredible—always there right when we needed them, genuinely attentive, and happy to help with a warm smile. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. We’re already planning our next visit—do yourself a favor and book now!

My husband and I are on our honeymoon, and Positano was our first stop. We had the immense pleasure of staying at Villa Francesco for four nights and to say that they exceeded expectations is an understatement! From before we arrived, during and after, they were so helpful and wonderful. They provided us with recommendations, made dinner reservations for us, adjusted our hot tub during the day so it would be warm by the time we got back, accommodated every request and didn’t let us lift a finger even when we offered to do something ourselves. The breakfast is delicious with a large variety of foods plus you can order fresh food. We got omelettes every day and they were delicious. The whole staff is so lovely. Every day, they clean the room fully - not just making the bed and refreshing the towels - it was evident when we got back that every surface had been wiped, floors mopped, and our things tidied. We utilized their external laundry service the day before checking out, which was returned and placed in our room the same day - super convenient. I noticed one item missing, and they called the laundromat who found it in their drier. Because we had checked out early the following day, Villa Francesco is arranging for that item to be delivered to our hotel in Rome - truly above and beyond. We can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay there, but we know the experience was the best of our lives and will be very hard to beat! Our only advice to those looking : follow the directions that the hotel give you for getting there, don’t make our mistake and try to take the “shortcut” of using the stairs from the beach - it’s about 200-300 steps up and rough lol! Going down to the beach from the stairs was easy of course but trust us when we say to take the scenic route! If we could give more stars, we would - thank you to Villa Francesco and all the staff for an unforgettable experience!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this boutique hotel. We could not have asked for a nicer hotel to stay in , the hotel is lovely and the staff that work there are excellent at what they do. Their level of service rivals better known Hotels around the world , and you feel you are in the company of people who genuinely care about you , and enjoy what they do. Be sure to visit their restaurant further in town. You won’t be disappointed. See you again soon.
