Refined luxury hotel on the grounds of a winery offering upscale restaurants, a spa & outdoor pools.
Although we didn't stay at the Four Seasons overnight, we did come here for the day for massages and to hang out in the spa and to eat some food and drink some wine. I highly recommend coming here if you really love being extorted. The massages were very expensive but I think that's expected. $400 per massage per person is quite steep. The food was reasonably priced and actually quite tasty. I enjoyed that. What I really didn't like was everything else. We were provided two different menus when we arrived, from seemingly different companies, restaurants that are all operated by Four Seasons; but it's designed to confuse you. The food was great. They brought it fast but the bottle of wine was $350 for a bottle of Chardonnay. Give me a break. $65 for a glass. It's not about the money. I just don't like being extorted or abused and this was just insanely overpriced. It doesn't make sense. We bought bathing suits there. Also completely illogical: it's $100 for a men's bathing suit, $250 for a women's bikini. Who do they think they are? We found out later that there was a third men. I was told their management told the staff not to give the third menu, which was reasonably priced. It was $100 for a bottle of Chardonnay. That's fine and it had many other drink options that we ended up ordering from. I don't like it when management is deceitful to make more money. I will never come back here again. If you do, don't forget your bathing suits, sneak in your own alcohol, get the food, and enjoy the spa. It's fine.
3rd Time Staying at the Resort, An absolutely exceptional stay as always at Four Seasons Napa Valley. The property is stunning, but what truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely personal. The concierge team deserves special recognition for going far beyond expectations working tirelessly on very short notice to arrange incredible winery experiences, coordinate transportation, adjust schedules, and keep me informed every step of the way, sometimes with updates by the hour. Their persistence and attention to detail were remarkable. What impressed me most was how genuinely everyone seemed to care. Nothing felt transactional or routine. The entire staff made you feel that your experience truly mattered to them. Beautiful resorts are easy to remember, but exceptional people are what make you want to return. Four Seasons Napa Valley has both. An unforgettable experience and hospitality at its absolute finest. Five stars without hesitation.
My wife and I recently spent four days in a suite at the Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley to celebrate her birthday, and the experience completely redefined our standards for luxury. I initially chose this resort based on their website and promotional photos, though I am typically a skeptic who rarely takes online praise or imagery at face value. As frequent guests of premium five-star properties worldwide, our expectations are exceptionally high. Let me tell you, this resort blew them all away. From the breathtaking views and pristine accommodations to the exceptional staff and teams, absolutely everything was flawless. Outstanding job! If you are looking for a truly once-in-a-lifetime trip, do not hesitate—go for it. We are already planning our return next year and simply cannot wait to go back.
My stay was truly luxurious from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly caring, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. I absolutely loved the beautiful territory and the restaurant was delicious. I also visited the spa for a massage, and it was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing. Another thing I truly appreciated is how pet-friendly the hotel is. In the room, there was a dog bed, bowls, and treats prepared for us. They even have a special pet menu, which is such a lovely touch. The reception team kindly asked what time would be best to clean the room so my dog wouldn’t be scared. That level of service and attention to detail is truly exceptional. It was an unforgettable experience.
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley many times, and every experience has been exceptional. Not only am I a regular guest, but I’m also their next-door neighbor, which gives me an even greater appreciation for how consistently this property delivers world-class hospitality. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and truly captures the luxury and charm of Napa Valley. From the stunning grounds to the outstanding amenities, everything is maintained to the highest standard. What really makes this property special, however, is the people. General Manager Robby Delaney has been an incredible asset to this organization. He has created a culture where guests genuinely feel at home, and he leads by example with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Robby and his team deliver nothing less than a perfect guest experience every single time. I also want to give special recognition to the valet team—what an amazing group of gentlemen. They are always welcoming, always smiling, and consistently go above and beyond. A special shout-out to the head valet, whose professionalism and positive attitude never go unnoticed. A huge thank you to Mr. Robby Delaney and his entire team for all that you do. Your dedication, hospitality, and commitment to excellence truly set this property apart. Keep up the great work!
