Hilltop Guest Ranch

So happy we chose to get married at Hilltop Guest Ranch! It couldn't have been a more perfect day. We got married in June and the weather was unreal, the views were breathtaking, and the whole place has such a peaceful, magical vibe. Ashley was amazing throughout the whole planning process and on the wedding day. She trusted us to make the day our own, and every part of the day felt personal and unique to us. We felt like the had the ranch all to ourselves for the whole weekend!! She genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly and having a coordinator who knew the property inside and out made such a huge difference. I LOVED getting ready at the top house on the morning of the wedding. The views are absolutely stunning and there was plenty of room for all of us to get ready and take some family photos before the ceremony. It was the perfect way to start the day. Oh, and the horses ended up being the biggest hit of the night! Our guests loved getting to feed them during cocktail hour, and it made the whole experience feel so unique and memorable. Thank you Ashley and Hilltop team for the most incredible experience!

Hilltop Guest Ranch was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. There are multiple locations on the property to take pictures pre and post ceremony. The views are stunning and our guests couldn't have been more blown away by the ride in and the feeling of seclusion at our wedding. It felt like we were on our own private property with no sounds from the roads, just the wind, horses and a donkey (which surprised us on the top of the hill). We have nothing but amazing things to say about the owner, Ashley! Ashley was there to answer any and all of our questions and she made us feel so special on our big day. She also has her own photo booth service that you're able to get with a discount if you have your wedding at Hilltop. We thought the VW van photo booth was just so much fun for our guests to step inside. Hilltop is a blank canvas for you to bring your own vision to life while also still having tables, chairs and couches to offer should you want them for your wedding. We fell in love with the permanent disco balls in the barn, the idea of our ceremony between the two trees, and the pond where we did our first look. We couldn't have asked for a better venue! If you're thinking about booking Hilltop for your wedding... DO IT!

Hosting our wedding at Hilltop Guest Ranch was the best decision we ever made. We knew it was something special when we visited the property for the first time; so much so, we refused to see any other venue. From the lush green landscape to the rustic yet modern barn and stunning valley views, it's one of a kind. Ashley and team were fantastic vendor partners to work with; they felt like an extension of our community and were highly accommodating, readily available with any questions we had, and genuinely cared about the success of our special day. This truly is such a gem of a location and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their VW photo bus worked perfectly in the barn for our reception, too!

My husband and I got married at Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards in January 2024 and it was truly magical. The venue's natural beauty and surrounding green hills during the winter, provided a stunning backdrop for our special day, resulting in incredible photos. For the wedding weekend, we opted to stay in the ranch house above the venue, a choice I highly recommend to anyone considering this picturesque location. The convenience paired with the dreamy scenery added an extra layer of charm. The open field near the barn served as a perfect spot for our ceremony, enhanced by the delightful presence of grazing cows, sheep, and goats in the background. A memorable cocktail hour unfolded beside the barn, featuring a beautifully crafted wooden bar for serving drinks. Transitioning inside the barn for dinner and an epic dance party, we relished the freedom to play our music as loud as we desired in the remote location. The barn proved to be the ideal setting for our dream reception. Additionally, the option to hire Hilltop’s on-site coordinator, Molly, significantly exceeded our expectations. From offering vendor recommendations to seamlessly coordinating with them and assisting with setup, the coordinator played a crucial role in making our special day flawless. While the remote location offers numerous advantages, it comes with some cons, all of which we found to be worthwhile. Renting portable bathrooms was a simple yet an additional expense, and the need for a shuttle service due to limited parking incurred a higher cost than anticipated. Planning and budgeting for transportation is essential when booking this venue, but the upside is that most guests appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service, eliminating worries about designated drivers. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards and would choose it again in a heartbeat. Our wedding day was a joyous and beautiful celebration that we will cherish forever.

We hosted our high school prom here and it was so lovely! From inquiry to the end of the event, Ashley and her family were so easy and helpful to work with. She was extremely communicative and provided great support to us the entire the weekend for our event. The place is beautiful and I would love to host another event there in the future.
