Vino Bello Resort

The Vino Bello is a fantastic Wyndham-owned resort at the base of Napa Valley. The location is prime off the freeway and easy to find. The parking is generally easy, our only issue was the concert going on across the street that made things difficult. The valet was very convenient, however. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The pool was heated to 80 degrees, just needs to be filtered a little better. They are separate from the Meritage resort, but still share some amenities. I wish there was a clear, updated list of what changed following the split. I was told they are starting additions/renovations in 2027 to the lobby, valet area, and check-in area so that is why i am giving 4/5 stars, because i know there is room for improvement in that regard. Overall, I would stay here again without a doubt.

Please read carefully. The resort and staff get a 5 star rating. The reason for 3 is once again storage space in the bathroom. No extra towel bars to hang our toiletries. If you’ve read my other reviews that’s my biggest pet peeve. Especially when this room is for four people. There was more than enough room to add extra storage but they didn’t do it. The staff was extremely helpful. Roxanne was the best she answered all of my questions. Very helpful. The resort had wristbands to open the doors on top of a traditional key card which I thought was great. They had a washer and dryer in the unit. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or grill area. I would recommend staying here despite the lack of storage.

Rooms are very old-fashioned no modern outlets for cell phone plug-ins, etc. air-conditioning sounds like a 747 landing in the room decor is very outdated. That being said the room was comfortable. The bed was cozy and the price was good.

Quiet and well appointed room. Great wine tasting on site. The pool and bbq was great. We will be back. Don't forget to stop and smell the roses.

This place is stunningly beautiful. The staff are amazing. We lucked into a last minute airbnb via Nelson. What a fantastic and well equipped suite. Parking is simple the location is central to everything. Every view is stunning. I'm not a wine drinker but this would be a wonderland for vino buffs. Every guest is treated like royalty, come experience this place for yourself. Happy 4th of July!
