Upscale mountain hotel offering an Italian restaurant, a rooftop spa & a heated infinity pool.
While I didn't realize how far away Jackson actually is from the resort, I'm super glad we booked this hotel. We booked a king suite so we had some privacy with the kids and I will say the space was incredible, the murphy bed was great quality for the kids and very comfortable, and the master was awesome. I didn't even realize when I booked the room that there was a separate bathroom for the kids, that was so awesome. Our patio overlooked the resort square which was amazing, we even had moose right below us one day. The hotel was very well kept, updated, and the kids loved the heated pool. Although I could see it being very small during a busy time. Osteria was a great place for dinner, though the breakfast experience wasn't quite as nice. The front desk staff were very nice and the little puppy was exciting for the kids. We were so into it, we ended up staying an extra night. This was my first Noble hotel experience as well, so far impressive.
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Terra. It’s located right in the heart of Teton Village and walking distance to activities and restaurants. The rooms have full kitchens which is nice for convenience and flexibility. The daily breakfast was also delicious too. The front desk manager (Michael, I believe) was amazing and made our stay wonderful. Overall we had a lovely stay and would be thrilled to return to Hotel Terra.
Located within Teton Village, this ski resort offers spacious, beautifully decorated spaces that truly inspire wellness. The facilities are both comfortable and luxurious, featuring excellent amenities like a heated pool and a relaxing spa. However, the restaurant could be improved, as the dining experience doesn't quite match the hotel's high-end image. On the plus side, the service throughout the property is incredibly professional. Highly recommended!
Room we booked was a king bed and we were placed in the additional hotel area with the conference rooms. The room itself was super tiny. Had no room to even put our suitcases. The shower as a jetted tub you literally have to high knee to clear and then if you over 6’ enjoy ducking under the shower head unit. Hotel is clean and location is obviously good but the room feel short massively. Video of the hot tub on roof
Rooms and scenery were beautiful. Beds were comfortable. However, the service was disappointing. Upon check in, the woman with blue hair didn’t even tell us what room we were in or anything about the hotel. You get more information at a Hilton garden inn. The two men working at the entrance didn’t even offer to help with bags. Completely useless. I also heard the black man working at the entrance encourage young children to ride their bikes down the stairs, even after they said they shouldn’t. I would expect far more at this price point. Hire new staff who actually welcome guests paying a lot to stay at your hotel.
