We celebrated our wedding at Foxen Canyon Ranch last spring, and now, a year later, our guests are still talking about how beautiful and fun it was. From start to finish, it was everything we dreamed of—thanks in large part to the incredible venue and the thoughtful, hands-on care from the owners, Steve and Diane. The property is perfectly laid out, making the transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception feel seamless and exciting. Each space has its own charm, creating a natural flow that kept everyone engaged and comfortable throughout the evening. As it cooled off later in the night (spring evenings can be brisk!), the fire pits became the go-to hangout spot—for the guests who wanted to relax and chat rather than dance (or just take a break)! It added such a cozy, intimate touch to the evening. Between my planner and the owners, everything was handled calmly and professionally without a single ounce of stress landing on me, my partner, or our families, even with a few surprises outside of anyone’s control. One of the highlights was sneaking away in an off-road vehicle with Steve to a breathtaking overlook above the valley. It was the perfect moment of quiet to soak it all in and capture some of our favorite wedding photos. To be clear, the venue has very common parameters in place for a wedding venue for safety and liability… I appreciated that when it came to transportation to/from the wedding. I was relieved to know my guests could enjoy themselves and safely get back to their hotels without question. Foxen Canyon Ranch is more than just a venue—it’s an experience. Foxen Canyon Ranch was the wedding venue of our dreams. From the moment we first visited, it felt like home, and our wedding day was even more magical than we could have imagined. The property is absolutely stunning. One of the things we loved was the layout. Each part of the day has its own beautiful space, but everything is close together, making the flow of the wedding feel so seamless for everyone. We received so many compliments on what a perfect venue it was. Steve and Diana were incredible to work with. They are so kind, organized, and truly care about making your day special. Everything ran so smoothly, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We couldn’t recommend Foxen Canyon Ranch more. It was the perfect place to celebrate the best day of our lives.

I recently attended a wedding (October 2025) at this venue, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I am not typically a fan of wedding receptions, but thanks to the planning of the bride and groom, as well as the coordination of the venue site, this event felt seamless, which made it so relaxed and enjoyable! Plus, the setting is stunning! We enjoyed the beauty of the area, the decorations of the venue, and the food was amazing. We also loved seeing the animals on the ranch. Such a beautiful, romantic setting.

My daughter and her husband were married at Foxen Canyon Ranch on May 17. We were so very happy with the entire experience and the stunning beauty of the venue which is so expertly and lovingly cared for by the Mehrmann family. They were accessible and helpful during the entire planning and set up process, and especially helpful in advising us due to the fact that we were planning this wedding from the east coast. On the day of the wedding we felt 100% supported and any assistance needed was promptly taken care of. We could not have asked for a more wonderful venue or experience for our daughter’s wedding. Highly recommend!!!
