Stylish rooms with microwaves, plus an indoor/outdoor pool, a hot tub & a bar/lounge.
Great hotel that’s a little outside of the hecticness of town square. Great staff, clean rooms, shuttle to downtown that runs of tips. Gym equipment is superior with peloton and other great brands. Pool towels/area could use some updating but overall great for after a long day of hiking!
Very disappointed. Spent 3 nights. Firstly, we observed one of the filters in the a/c unit was obviously cracked and not sitting correctly in the unit. I pulled the filter out and it was FILTHY!!!!! Completely filled with lint to the point of not seeing any of the filter webbing - - - - only lint. I pulled the other one out and found it to be the same. Disgusting. Secondly, since no hotels inside the park had TV’s, we had decided to make our reservations in Jackson. On the very first night the TV stopped working. We called the front desk and was instructed by Chris to unplug the TV, wait a couple minutes and then plug it back in. We were to call back if that didn’t work. It didn’t work. Upon calling back, Chris informed us Liz (the front office manager) had left as she wasn’t feeling well and he was alone at the desk and there was nothing he could do about the TV not working. He was clearly dismissing us and not attempting at all to assist with the problem. This was approximately 6pm and he was the only one on duty for the entire hotel. No maintenance person? No second front desk person? No supervisor? For a hotel of this size and the time of day . . . . that’s crazy! He then rudely informed us if we wanted any help in getting the TV to work that we could call the cable company ourselves. $700 a night and this is the solution he offers? Maintenance came the next morning and solved the non-working TV problem quite quickly via replacing the remote with a new one. Cable had not been the issue. I spoke to a couple in a room near ours and found they had the same issue with their TV and missed a golf game that was important to them. I then told them about the a/c filters and they said their’s were disgusting as well. They said they had pulled the filters out of the unit and let it run without the filters which made it disturbingly loud but at least they weren’t breathing in the debris of a filthy filter. We were provided a small monitory credit on our bill due to the a/c and TV issues we experienced. The credit was not worth the issues, frustration, rudeness and disrespect we received at this hotel. Front desk staff was unwelcoming, unfriendly and unable to smile.
We stayed two separate nights at the Lodge on while on a trip out west. Both times were equally great! The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable; super quiet too! Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool area. The $5 breakfast is well worth it. Location is a little far from the main downtown area but it worked just fine for our crew! Would stay again!
Stayed 4 nights while traveling to see Grand Tetons National Park. Beds were comfortable, never had a problem with noise, breakfast was great, and pool was very nice. Too far of a walk to go downtown but they have shuttle service for guest use that will get you to all the hot spots. A family member had a medical emergency near the lobby and the front desk was so helpful in assisting us with calling 911 and remaining calm in a very frightening situation for us. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend The Lodge at Jackson Hole.
Was staying at the lodge over the past few months doing work on their pool; The breakfast is delicious and great variety. Rooms were always super clean showers were awesome. Chris at the front desk was always ready to answer any questions or provide any assistance I needed. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. Can't wait to stay with my family
