Our first night in San Miguel we stayed at this beautiful place. Amazing sunset and panoramic view, the rooms and finishings are incredible, the staff is wonderful and made the stay a wonderful one. It’s a unique hotel and has more charm than I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was great. Wine on the rooftop patio at night was great. Wonderful!
Great location, with beautiful clean rooms and amazing breakfast. The owner gave us a very interesting tour of the hacienda sharing its story. Great value for money as well. And the most delicious breakfast!!:) The only thing I would recommend is a bit more light in the rooms.
Everything about our stay was perfect. The entire hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. The common spaces and rooms are immaculately decorated and the building itself is historic and charming reflecting the best of traditional Mexican design. Breakfast is delicious, bedding is plush and the staff is kind and helpful. I wouldn’t change a thing. Don’t skip out on this place! I cannot wait to stay here again.
This hotel was stunning, stunning, and stunning again. The staff were utterly obliging, bed linen gorgeous and soft, and location exceptional. Photos don’t do it justice, it is just so beautiful and such a glorious step into a modern but quintessential hacienda. Wonderful experience from start to finish, recommend so very highly!
Hacienda las Amantes is a hotel worth a stay on visit to San Miguel de Allende. It is an old building with a tranquil setting, very well maintained, with interesting overall architectural designs and artifacts reaching back well before the starting of the hotel conversion. Hotel terrace shows entire view of the city. Clean rooms are well decorated and furnished, each with its own character (We had a chance to view all 6 rooms of the hotel prior to pick on our room to stay). Bedding material is top notch. Customer service is excellent, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast cooked to order. The hotel is located in the City Centro, on Correo Street leading to Jardin Allende.
